When you know that you have regular meetings it is best to schedule them directly for a longer period in your calendar and to also send invitations to the other participants. This has the following benefits:

  • You don’t have to coordinate the meeting each time.
  • It becomes a regular event.
  • Other participants will plan around it
Of course it might still happen that you will have to reschedule a meeting from time to time. But since this usually is the reception, you will still have a major time saving compared to scheduling them one by one.
