time-is-moneyEvery day has 24 hours, 1,440 minutes or 86,400 seconds. This is your daily time account and you decide how to make use of this valuable resource by retrieving minutes and seconds - similar to a bank account. The big difference is that you cannot make savings because the next day will start with an opening balance of exactly 86,400 seconds again. Time that has not been used properly is vain.

This concept gives you an idea how important it is to use our time in the right way since there are no savings nor overdrafts. You should keep this in mind when you set your goals and plan each day.

you can tie those 86,400 seconds to larger cycles of time (that’s the way the Hindus do it).

We are in the period of 432,000 Years called the Kali Yuga, which began over 5000 years ago.

    432 is the basis of a number of measures of time (200 x 432 = 86400)

make the most of it, and don’t forget to sleep and have fun. otherwise, what’s the point?

I did know about this ancient Indian concept and will check your blog.
What it shows is that our ancestors already knew the value of time. The tools change over time - but not the concept.
