Walk fast

Every day we spend a lot of time getting from one place to another. A very simple but effective way of gain some extra-time is to just walk faster.

Walking fast also has positive site effects on your health since it brings your pulse up to very healthy cardiac level.

When walking in a crowd of people walking faster than average also leads to  the effect that people coming your way will unconsciously will make space for you. However, be careful not bumping into other people.
