An Extra Hour Every Day

Sometimes you might have to deal with unwanted visitors who came in spontaneously. There are a few rules on how to deal with them in a friendly manner but making sure that they will not steal too much of your time:

• Do not offer them something to drink
• Directly come to the point
• Chose techniques how to close a conversation

Another possibility to immediately get rid of unwanted visitors is to agree on an appointment at a another time or - depending on their matter - to refer them to a colleague who might be able to help them too (or even better).
