If you want to close a conversation you can give your counterpart a lot of verbal and non verbal signals.
Verbal:
- You start a sentence with “to summarize …” and summarize the contents of the conversation.
- You clap you hands once and say something like “good, thank you very much …
- You start a sentence with “to conclude …”
Non-verbal:
- you close you notebook or put your pen away.
-you start collecting the business cards on the table.
