Reserve a certain fixed time per day where you make your phone calls. For outgoing calls you can pool them and do all your calls one after the other.
For incoming calls people will learn that you are available at a certain time and start calling you during this windows.
If you deal a lot with foreign countries don’t forget to consider different time zones when scheduling your telephone hour.
